When water is climbing your baseboards or smoke has worked its way into every room, the people who show up matter more than the logo on the truck. Shane Pruitt has built this crew around one idea: technicians who can explain what they’re seeing in plain English, put a number on it before touching anything, and stand behind the result for a full year. Every person below answers to that standard. They’re background-checked, they wear uniforms, and they work under The Garrison Standard every single day in West Palm Beach.
Restoration work we handle

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Mitigation Technician
Marcus runs the structural drying side of nearly every water job in West Palm Beach. He’s been on a Dri-Eaz desiccant and Phoenix axial fans for most of the last decade, and he’s the guy who calculates drying chambers using psychrometrics, which just means he measures the air until he knows exactly how fast the moisture is leaving your walls. He holds IICRC water restoration certification and keeps the equipment trailer organized enough that new techs get quizzed on where things live. Marcus is quietly into old Florida architecture and will point out original Dade County pine framing like other people spot birds.
Elena R. – Senior Installation Tech
Elena handles the rebuild side: drywall, trim, and flooring after the drying is done. She’s been finishing water and fire damage repairs in South Florida since before Keegan Restoration West Palm Beach brought her on, and she’s the reason the 365-Day Done Right Promise gets honored without someone having to schedule a second crew. Elena is fluent in Spanish, keeps a notepad of every material order, and has a reputation for leaving a job site cleaner than she found it, which is one of the five points of The Garrison Code because it actually matters to people living through a rebuild. She’s also the resident expert on Injectidry hardwood drying systems when floors can be saved instead of replaced.
Dan W. – Service Coordinator
Dan is usually the first voice you hear when you call (728) 220-0713. He’s been dispatching restoration crews long enough to know that a homeowner standing in two inches of water at 2 a.m. doesn’t need a phone tree. Dan tracks every job from first call through final walkthrough, keeps the written scope and pricing paperwork moving, and makes sure each customer gets their documentation formatted for the insurance adjuster. He can tell you exactly which neighborhoods in West Palm Beach are prone to slab leaks versus storm surge and routes technicians accordingly. Off the clock, Dan fishes the Lake Worth Lagoon and has strong opinions about mullet runs.
Priya S. – Apprentice Technician
Priya is the newest member of the crew and the one most likely to be running moisture meters and setting up B-Air air movers under supervision. She’s working toward her IICRC certification and learning the difference between Class 2 and Class 3 water losses the hard way, which means she’s seen what a slow Category 3 mitigation can do to a home. Priya grew up in the Palm Beaches and has a natural sense for how humidity behaves in older concrete-block houses. She also documents every step with a camera, which supports the insurance claim trail from day one.
One Standard, Every Job
Every name above works the same way. The price goes in writing before any work starts, on every job, no exceptions. Techs show up inside the appointment window, do the work by the book using IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards, leave the site clean, and stand behind the repair for a full year under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. That promise is written, not implied: if a repair fails within twelve months, Keegan returns and makes it right at no charge, including a free second visit. Shane Pruitt set that rule back when this location joined the Garrison Partners family, and it hasn’t budged since. In West Palm Beach, where humidity and salt air punish sloppy work, a one-year guarantee is the only kind worth putting on paper.
